Logging In and Out of the Portal

The Donor Submission Portal (aka, Portal or Donor Portal) is a web application accessed through your Internet browser at https://donors.usp.org. When launching the Portal, the first page displayed is the USP Access Point Login page. The Login page also re-displays after 60 minutes of inactivity in the application. If your session expires, you will be prompted to log in again.

 

NOTE

If you are already a registered user in one of the USP applications, use your registered email ID and password to login and then request a donor user account from the Donor Portal page.

 

 

 

 

NOTE

If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot password link in the Login page and follow the directions for resetting your password.

 

 

Logging In

When logging into the Donor Submission Portal, keep in mind that your Login ID is the same as the email address that you used during the registration process in USP Access Point. Enter your registered email and password to login to the Donor Portal. Passwords are case-sensitive.

 

NOTE

If you have problems logging into the Portal, contact IT Technical Support via email or phone at 301-816-8291.

 

Logging Out

To log off the Donor Submission Portal, click on the Logout hyperlink located on the far right of the menu bar. You will be logged out of your current session and returned to the Login window.

 

NOTE

You should always log off when you are finished using the Donor Portal to prevent unauthorized users from accessing the application.
